Shila: In order to practice Shila you have to understand its meaning. It is the process of simplifying ones general life and getting rid of things that no longer serve your purpose.
Samadhi: Sitting with your attention rested on your breath. Noting when your attention has wandered away from the breath
Prajna: Practicing with ones unbiased knowledge of ones world and ones mind. To be truthful with ones self will free us of our invisible restraints.
Yoga instruction focuses on the eight limbs, anatomy, physical and emotional benefits, and awakening the spirit through guidance.

Asana: posture, Pranayama: breath, Pratyahara: turning inward, Dharana: concentration, Dyana: meditation, Samadhi: respect for all living beings
