As simple as the day is long the emotional awareness of our moment lasts forever. We all too well find ourselves getting back into old behavior patterns and not taking care of ourselves. This month will bring out emotional changes, spiritual changes, and self reflection on where and what we are spending our time on. It is our time to shine our light brightly. To not be afraid to do new things and to be our best selves that we can be in the present moment! ASK OURSELVES THE QUESTION: AM I WORTH THE TIME?
We have a lot of changes that will be taking shape this August! We are adjusting our class schedule, we are adding in specialized groups, online classes for distance friends, and we will be starting many more things that will be unveiled as the month unfolds! Thank you for allowing us to unfold our center with our first year of being open.
