Friends! We are excited to be a festival sponsor this year for the NICfest! We have several things planned at the studio and at the Nicolaysen Art Museum for NICfest weekend that we hope that you can join in on! TheraExpressions is excited to bring you our first Mindful Kids Adventure Series for 5-11 year olds!  This 7 week series will begin Wednesday June 19th and will end August 7th. From 5:30-6:30 pm we will meet at different outdoor locations in the Casper area and connect with nature while learning how to be more calm and in the moment. We will practice mindful breathing, walking, listening, eating and communicating. We will do some mindful crafts and exercises all while breathing in the great outdoors! $15.00 per Adventure. For our 1st location, we will meet at the TheraExpressions Studio and walk across the street to the Sundial.

In this series we will adventure to the great outdoors, to learn about Mindfulness, and the 5 senses (sight, taste, smell, sound, touch). Mindfulness is finding the power to live in the moment, without judgement, and embracing your current circumstances. We will also be learning how to be a conscious observer of all that surrounds us. By incorporating self-awareness into our surroundings, we allow ourselves to fully appreciate the world around us.

We will be meeting at Bear Trap, bring a yoga mat, plenty of water, and a journal. High Vibrational! Refreshments will be provided.

We have plenty of adventures awaiting for you this summer! As most of you are aware we started out as a small adventure company a little over 3 years ago and within the last year we have expanded into a full blown studio and have been lucky to meet a lot of you! We look forward to having each of you a part of our world. Lets start this summer out with fun, excitement, and inspiration!

Location starts at Theraexpressions 351 S Beech Street Suite 3 where you will receive the official rules and your first clue!

Grab your friends and wind your way through downtown Casper, finding clues that will eventually lead you to your final destination. Each Location you discover will have a list of yoga poses that you will be required to perform and post on social media while tagging both businesses. Participate in teams of 2-4. or brave the hunt on your own! The hunt will lead you around downtown and through the Casper Artwalk. Try not to get distracted, so you can be the first to find the treasure! Everyone receives a gift for participating, but only the quickest team gets the booty! You will end at Wyoming Yoga and Massage at 231 West first street to find the booty

Limit your stress during the holiday season

As we move into this holiday season we need to be mindful of where we are putting our time and energy🎄

Your holistic guide to limiting your stress during the holiday season! 🔮

Stress can impact our whole body from our central nervous system to our immune system. In order to work on our whole body during the holiday season here are a few tips to assist you🎁

1) Acknowledge every situation for what it is, not what we think it should be

2) Set aside your expectations and problem solve only what you can control

3) Set aside time everyday to meditate/yoga or give yourself time for self care ( self care is not a selfish act)
