Mondays:

12:00 p.m. Aerial Yoga, 5:45 p.m. Aerial Meditation

Tuesdays:

7:00 p.m. Sound Healing Meditation

Wednesdays:

12:00 p.m. Gentle flow yoga

Fridays:

6:00 p.m. Aerial Yoga

Sundays:

3:00 p.m. Open group meditation

Limit your stress during the holiday season

As we move into this holiday season we need to be mindful of where we are putting our time and energy🎄

Your holistic guide to limiting your stress during the holiday season! 🔮

Stress can impact our whole body from our central nervous system to our immune system. In order to work on our whole body during the holiday season here are a few tips to assist you🎁

1) Acknowledge every situation for what it is, not what we think it should be

2) Set aside your expectations and problem solve only what you can control

3) Set aside time everyday to meditate/yoga or give yourself time for self care ( self care is not a selfish act)

Increasing positive supports, spending time 
Grabbing a cup of tea or coffee
Taking a bath
Getting extra sleep
Taking time to be in nature
Eating healthy
Slowing down

4) Holidays do not need to be about material items ( the best gift you can give someone is your time)

5) Remind yourself: Just because you stress out about something does not mean your stress will change the outcome of the situation

6)Don’t take on more than what you can handle

7) And... Finally..... Give yourself time to be in the present moment
