The Brisk air of the Fall Season is in full swing! As the season changes so does our ability to embrace whats to come. This November is a time to say NO to things that don’t serve us so that we can make room for things that align.


Fall Season Alignment

Align your mind, body, and spirit


Mind and emotions

  • Reflect and release: Use this season of letting go, like trees shedding their leaves, as a prompt to release old habits, beliefs, and even relationships that are no longer serving you.

  • Practice stillness: Slow down and engage in calming activities like mindfulness, meditation, or gentle yoga to quiet your mind.

  • Cultivate positivity: Use affirmations and positive self-talk to support your emotional well-being during this transitional time.

  • Ground yourself: Spend time in nature to connect with the crisp air and changing colors, which can have a grounding effect. 


Body and physical space

  • Declutter your environment: Clear out physical clutter, such as clothes or items you no longer need, to make space for the new season.

  • Eat seasonally: Shift your diet to include warm, grounding foods like soups and baked goods, which can help your body adapt to colder temperatures.

  • Focus on nourishment: Support your immune system as the weather changes by providing your body with nourishing foods and practices.

  • Create cozy rituals: Develop a wind-down routine that includes warming drinks and cozy activities, or practice "hygge," the art of getting cozy. 


Spiritual and intentional

  • Set intentions: Reflect on what you want to release and what you want to cultivate as the year winds down.

  • Align your goals: Intentionally align your intentions and goals with the season's natural energy of refinement and release for more flow.

  • Honor the equinox: Acknowledge the autumnal equinox as a time to honor balance, reflection, and the natural shift in light and temperature. 



This month we are taking a moment to slow down and say NO to things, people, relationships, and paths that no longer serve us. Everyday this month we are actively choosing to say no to something each day so that we may make room for our own alignment. Saying NO to things or people is a way of showing our gratitude towards ourselves.

Ways we can show Gratitude towards ourself

  • Writing ourself gratitude affirmations

  • Slowing down and making time for rest

  • Giving ourself grace when its been a hard day

  • Making a warm meal for ourself

  • Take time doing things that bring you peace
