Our classes and workshops provide a safe and secure environment to embrace our growth and understanding of who we truly are. We specialize in focusing on an individual’s emotional, spiritual, and mental well being. As we become more aware of who we are we can continue to build that relationship with our thoughts, feelings, actions, and behaviors. Through self care we can create unity within ourselves and our relationships within our community.

Class Policies
- Please plan ahead for parking downtown for classes.
- Bring your mat & water. Show early & stay entire class
- We embrace small class sizes for all levels of Yogis
- We promote a supportive and non judgmental space
Things to know for Aerial Yoga Class
- No dangling jewelry, heavy makeup/perfumes
- No clothing with zippers/safety pins/velcro
- Please advise instructor if you have any medical concerns (stroke, heart condition, back issues, pregnancy, recent surgery, recent botox, vertigo, motion sickness, high or low blood pressure, any other medical concerns
- Please come ten minutes early to all aerial classes

- 1st week of the month we allow non members to attend designated classes (Only week we allow non members)
- Drop ins & non members have to pre register for all classes. We do not allow walk ins to classes
- We promote small class sizes

There is nothing you need to change about your body to begin. Not flexibility. Not strength. Not shape. Not size. You are already allowed in yoga. Exactly as you are. Hatha Yoga is not about achieving poses but rather inhabiting yourself gently, kindly and without comparison. We explore foundational postures slowly with our own breath as our guide and self-respect as our pace because yoga was never meant for perfect bodies. It was meant for present ones for body positivity is not an idea. It is a lived experience where options are offered, choice is honored and rest is respected. Where you are invited to listen inward instead of reaching outward for an image of “enough.”

Our high intensity Aerial Conditioning Yoga is not about looking graceful. It is about feeling empowered within your whole self. Having a fierce rhythm of breath as you lift, stabilize, invert, repeat. Muscles awakening. Mind sharpening. Limits expanding. You meet yourself beyond the edge you thought was final. Where endurance is physical and presence is practiced with every hold.

We begin with a gentle Hatha flow of slow and mindful movements to unwind the day and prepare the body for receiving. The silks welcome you. Restoration shapes.
