Join the Community

Our classes and workshops provide a safe and secure environment to embrace our growth and understanding of who we truly are. We specialize in focusing on an individual’s emotional, spiritual, and mental well being. As we become more aware of who we are we can continue to build that relationship with our thoughts, feelings, actions, and behaviors. Through self care we can create unity within ourselves and our relationships within our community.

Class Studio location: Atrium Plaza 201 E. 2nd Street. 2nd floor

Class Policies

- Pre-Registration Required (No walkins allowed)

- Please do not attend class if you have been sick

- No late attendance for classes. Do not attend if you are not on time for class. Show up 10 minutes early for class.

- Bring your mat & water. Show early & stay entire class

- We embrace small class sizes for all levels of Yogis

- We promote a supportive and non judgmental space

Things to know for Aerial Yoga Class

- No dangling jewelry, heavy makeup/perfumes

- No clothing with zippers/safety pins/velcro

- Please advise instructor if you have any medical concerns (stroke, heart condition, back issues, pregnancy, recent surgery, recent botox, vertigo, motion sickness, high or low blood pressure, any other medical concerns

- Please come ten minutes early to all aerial classes

Drop Ins & Non Members

- 1st week of the month we allow non members to attend designated classes (Only week we allow non members)

- Drop ins & non members have to pre register for all classes. We do not allow walk ins to classes

- We promote small class sizes

-Members can invite non members to classes anytime

Join us for our Aerial Yoga class. This class focuses on low intensity aerial yoga routines to focus on your physical and spiritual well being. This class emphasizes deep stretching coupled with low impact aerial movements. All levels of yogis welcome. There is limited space availability in aerial classes. Please pre register ahead of time when attending classes.

Aerial Restorative Nidra with Miranda

Join us for aerial restorative Nidra practice. We will be immersing ourselves into restorative poses to include Yoga Nidra, Hatha Yoga Flow, and Aerial Restorative. This will be a combo class that will incorporate several modalities of Yoga into one class. This class is for all levels of Yogis and is designed to create a peaceful and restful environment. This class is for anyone who is looking for stress management in the silks.

Aerial Conditioning with Candace

Join us for our high intensity aerial yoga conditioning class. This class combines high intensity workouts with dance steps to enliven your phyiscal and spiritual practice. This class is for intermediate level yogis who are looking to awaken their yoga routines. Bring a water bottle to class as we do get our sweat on.

Vibrational Sound Healing & Meditation with Keisha

Join us for our monthly Vibrational sound healing class to higher your vibrational energy while relaxing your mind and your body. Awaken to new a new experience and a new way of settling in and grounding down into your practice. All levels of yogis welcome. Bring your blanket, pillow, yoga mat, and zen out.

Join us for our new spiritually guided meditation practice. We will be chanting, burning incense, creating space for a deeper practice, cultivating a physical space with movement, and learning more about meditation. This class is for anyone who is wanting to deepen their meditation practice and learn more about themselves. All meditators welcome.

Somatic Trauma Informed Care Yoga with Candace

3rd Saturday of the month

60 minutes

Join us for our new Somatic breathwork and movement practice. We will focus on Nervous system reset exercises to target stress management, healthy habits, and somatic practices to release trauma from the body. This class is for anyone interested in working on your mental health and creating habits that you can incorporate into your everyday lives. This class is for beginners and intermediate yogis.

Kundalini Rooted and Regulated with Candace

4th Saturday of the month

60 minutes

Join us for our new Kundalini and breathwork class. We incorporate traditional kundalini practices with breathwork to release tension and stress. We harness a deeper spiritual practice through Kundalini breathwork and yogic postures. This class is for beginners and intermediate yogis who are looking to deepen their spiritual practices.

All participants attending in person or livestream classes are accepting the liability of participation in Theraexpressions Classes. By Registering for class each participant is agreeing to accepting liability if injured. Memberships can not be transferred to another person or credited if you are unable to attend classes and workshops. No refunds for classes or workshops or memberships in the event you are unable to attend. Memberships start from the day of sign up and cover 30 days from that sign up. Memberships are a 1 year commitment.
