We are celebrating downtown crazy days with our Breathwork, yoga movement, meditation, and manifestations specialty class. We will be creating studio vibes through lifting our community up and embracing the summer.You will need your yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and pen. Get ready to tap into your spiritual side.
