May is Mental Health Awareness Month!

Jemima’s Pop up ONLINE Laughter Yoga & Meditation Class

Open to members and non members

Laughing Yoga uses the body-mind link to change the state of ones  mind through voluntary physical gestures including repetitive clapping, specific body movements, together with laughter and breathing exercises.

laughter yoga physiologically increases breathing in the body; relaxes muscles; strengthens mental function by reducing the level of stress hormones; reduces burnout, depression, and anxiety levels; positively affects quality of life; improves sleep quality; and provides psychological wellbeing !

It is an easy, fun class, where we will do about 30 minutes of laughter exercises and 20 minutes of meditation!!

Somatic Yoga and Meditation Workshop

Open to Members and Non Members

We are celebrating the Month of May with a gentle and humble somatic therapuetic practice full of mental health physical and emotional strategies interwoven in with Yoga, Meditation, and Journaling our deepest understanding of our relationship with self.

We will be writing love letters to ourselves

Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and pen
