Community Schedule

Our classes and workshops provide a safe and secure environment to embrace our growth and understanding of who we truly are. We specialize in focusing on an individual’s emotional, spiritual, and mental well being. As we become more aware of who we are we can continue to build that relationship with our thoughts, feelings, actions, and behaviors. Through self care we can create unity within ourselves and our relationships within our community.

Class Studio location: Atrium Plaza 201 E. 2nd Street. 2nd floor

Mountain Location: Casper Mountain

Class Policies

- Pre-Registration Required (No walkins allowed)

- Please do not attend class if you have been sick

- We will not accept late attendance for classes. Please do not attend if you are not on time for class

- Bring your mat & water. Show early & stay entire class

- We embrace small class sizes for all levels of Yogis

- We promote a supportive and non judgmental space

Things to know for Aerial Yoga Class

- No shorts, tank tops, jewelry, heavy makeup/perfume

- No clothing with zippers/safety pins/velcro

- Please advise instructor if you have any medical concerns (stroke, heart condition, back issues, pregnancy, recent surgery, recent botox, vertigo, motion sickness, high or low blood pressure, any other medical concerns

- Please come ten minutes early to all aerial classes

Drop Ins & Non Members

- 1st week of the month we allow non members to attend designated classes (Only week we allow non members)

- Drop ins & non members have to pre register for all classes

- We do not allow walk ins to classes

- We promote small class sizes

Our Hatha Yoga class combines restorative poses with Hatha Yoga poses. This class is for every individual looking to deepen their Yoga practice. This class focuses on the spiritual practice of movement. Our Hatha Yoga classes are focused on creating a body positive environment. This is a class for all levels of Yogis!

Slow Flow Yoga with Miranda

60 minutes

Our Slow Flow yoga class incorporates slow restorative movements to deepen your spiritual practice. This class is for every individual looking to deepen their Yoga practice. This class focuses on the spiritual practice of movement. This is a class for all levels of Yogis!

Aerial Yoga with Miranda

Join us for our Aerial Yoga class. This class focuses on low intensity aerial yoga routines to focus on your physical and spiritual well being. This class emphasizes deep stretching coupled with low impact aerial movements. All levels of yogis welcome. There is limited space availability in aerial classes. Please pre register ahead of time when attending classes.

Guided Spiritual Meditation with Candace

60 minutes

Join us for our new spiritually guided meditation practice. We will be chanting, burning incense, creating space for a deeper practice, cultivating a physical space with movement, and learning more about meditation. This class is for anyone who is wanting to deepen their meditation practice and learn more about themselves. All meditators welcome.

Aerial Conditioning with Candace

60 Minutes

Join us for our high intensity aerial yoga conditioning class. This class combines high intensity workouts with dance steps to enliven your phyiscal and spiritual practice. This class is for intermediate level yogis who are looking to awaken their yoga routines. Bring a water bottle to class as we do get our sweat on.


9:00 am (1st Saturday of the month) IN PERSON CLASS (Open to members and non members)

Aerial Restorative and Meditation with Miranda

75 Minutes

Join us for our Aerial Restorative Yoga class. This is a members only class. This class focuses on gentle relaxation to provide the body with deep stretching and the pull of gravity on the body. We move through gentle aerial movements and utilize the aerial silks to provide a restful whole body sanctuary. This class is wonderful for injuries, slowing down, and restful guidance. All levels of yogis welcome. There is limited space availability in aerial classes. Please pre register ahead of time when attending classes.


11:00 am (1st Saturday of the month) IN PERSON CLASS (Open to members and non members)

Vibrational Sound Healing & Meditation with Keisha

75 Minutes

Join us for our monthly Vibrational sound healing class to higher your vibrational energy while relaxing your mind and your body. Awaken to new a new experience and a new way of settling in and grounding down into your practice. All levels of yogis welcome. Bring your blanket, pillow, yoga mat, and zen out.

Breathwork with Jemima Online class

75 minutes

Clarity Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful process of healing and transformation. It deeply supports the clearing away of old energies, patterns, conditioning, negative thoughts and emotions and opens the door wide for new life and greater consciousness. So set your intention for this New Moon/Full Moon and breathe into it for a new beginning of something amazing you deserve.

All participants attending in person or livestream classes are accepting the liability of participation in Theraexpressions Classes. By Registering for class each participant is agreeing to accepting liability if injured. Memberships can not be transferred to another person or credited if you are unable to attend classes and workshops. No refunds for classes or workshops in the event you are unable to attend.
