Digestion, Assimilation, Metabolism, Hormones, Neurons, Gray Matter, Sharp Mind, Sharp Tongue

Small Intestine, Stomach, Thyroid, Pituitary, Eyes, Optic Nerve, Blood Cells

Breath: Downward and Outward

Pitta Imbalance: Acid Indigestion, Burping, Acid Reflux, Irritability, Perfectionism, Impulsive

Kapha Dosha

Kapha is the Energy of Structured Growth and Development

Elements: Earth and Water

Qualities: Cold, Heavy, Slow, Smooth, Soft, Stable

Tissue Building, Lubrication of Mucus Membranes, Immune System

Primary area in the body:

Chest, Head, Neck, Joints, Upper Stomach, Adipose Tissue

Breath: Upward and Outward
