March 2026 TheraCommunity Newsletter

We believe in Magic at the end of the rainbow!

There is magic all around us, inside of us, and in our community.

March is here and Spring is right around the corner.

March Is a Doorway

March is a doorway

left slightly open

by winter’s trembling hands.

The air still remembers frost,

but beneath the soil

something ancient is stirring—

a soft rebellion of roots

pushing against the dark.

Spring does not shout.

She whispers.

She hums beneath the surface

where no one is clapping yet.

She teaches us

that becoming

is often invisible at first.

The trees look bare,

but inside their wooden bones

sap is rising like prayer.

The rivers loosen their shoulders.

The birds rehearse hope

on thin, uncertain branches.

March is not the bloom—

it is the brave in-between.

The muddy, holy middle

where thaw meets tenderness.

It is the season of quiet courage:

of staying

when things are messy,

of trusting

what cannot yet be seen.

We are like the earth now—

softened by what we survived.

Cracked open by cold nights.

Learning how to receive light again.

Let this month

be your gentle undoing.

Let it unfreeze the places

you armored for winter.

Let it remind you

that growth is not loud—

it is persistent.

Beneath every ending

is a green pulse.

Beneath every ache

is a seed remembering

its name.

March is not asking you to bloom.

It is asking you to thaw.

March Astrology: The Sacred Shift Between Endings and Beginnings

March is not just a calendar turn — it’s an energetic threshold. Astrologically, it carries us from the final waters of the zodiac into the spark of a new cycle. It is both surrender and ignition. Both grief and courage. Both winter’s wisdom and spring’s awakening.

This is the month where we feel the shift.

Pisces Season: Dissolving & Dreaming

The first part of March is governed by Pisces, the final sign of the zodiac. Pisces energy is intuitive, emotional, and deeply spiritual. It blurs boundaries. It softens edges. It invites us inward.

This is the time of:

  • Emotional release

  • Heightened intuition

  • Vivid dreams

  • Spiritual reflection

  • Compassion and forgiveness

Pisces season asks: What needs to be surrendered?

What illusions are dissolving?

What old identity are you ready to outgrow?

Because Pisces rules endings, March often begins with a feeling of closure. You may feel more sensitive or reflective. Let yourself rest. Let yourself grieve. Let yourself forgive. This is the sacred composting stage before new life emerges.

Aries Season: The Astrological New Year

Around March 20th, the Sun moves into Aries, marking the Spring Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere — and the true astrological New Year.

Aries is fire.

Aries is initiation.

Aries is courage without apology.

This is when the energy shifts from reflection to action.

Aries season asks:

  • What do you want?

  • What are you willing to begin?

  • Where have you been waiting for permission?

If Pisces dissolves, Aries declares.

If Pisces dreams, Aries moves.

You may feel a surge of motivation, clarity, or even impatience. That spark is the fire of creation. Use it wisely. Aries energy favors bold steps, fresh starts, and trusting instinct over overthinking.

The Spiritual Theme of March: Thawing

March is the in-between. It is the mud before the bloom. It carries both water and fire — emotion and action.

Energetically, this month teaches:

  • Release before rebirth

  • Sensitivity before strength

  • Stillness before movement

If February felt heavy or unclear, March brings momentum. But it begins softly. Don’t rush the process. The seeds planted during Pisces season often take root during Aries season.

Collective Energy Themes

While personal charts shape individual experiences, collectively March tends to amplify:

Intuition and psychic awareness

Emotional healing

Bold decisions

New leadership energy

A desire for independence

Fresh creative inspiration

It’s a powerful month to:

  • Journal your dreams

  • Cleanse your physical and emotional space

  • Set intentions at the Equinox

  • Take one brave action toward a long-held goal

A Gentle Reminder

March does not demand perfection. It asks for honesty.

Where are you still holding winter inside your body?

Where are you ready to feel warmth again?

This month is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you are when fear melts.

Release.

Reset.

Rise.

Spring is not coming — it is already unfolding within you.

Spiritual Self-Care as a Foundation for Healthy Living

In a culture that teaches us to push harder, hustle longer, and override our limits, spiritual self-care can feel indulgent — even unnecessary. But true healthy living isn’t just about green smoothies, workouts, or productivity hacks. It’s about alignment. It’s about tending to the invisible roots of your life.

Spiritual self-care is not separate from physical or emotional health. It is the soil from which they grow.

When your spirit is nourished, your habits become sustainable. When your spirit is depleted, even the “healthiest” routines can feel heavy.

What Is Spiritual Self-Care?

Spiritual self-care is the practice of tending to your inner world — your values, your connection to meaning, your intuition, and your sense of belonging to something greater than yourself.

It is not confined to religion. It is about connection:

  • Connection to your body

  • Connection to your breath

  • Connection to your purpose

  • Connection to the present moment

It asks, “Is the way I’m living aligned with who I truly am?”

Healthy living without spiritual alignment often turns into performance. Spiritual self-care brings you back to authenticity.

The Nervous System & the Soul

We cannot talk about health without talking about the nervous system.

Chronic stress keeps the body in survival mode. Over time, this affects digestion, sleep, immunity, hormones, and emotional regulation. But spiritual practices — meditation, prayer, breathwork, time in nature, mindful movement — signal safety to the body.

When you slow down and breathe deeply, you’re not just “relaxing.” You’re recalibrating your biology.

Spiritual self-care:

  • Lowers stress response

  • Increases emotional resilience

  • Enhances clarity and decision-making

  • Supports deeper, more restorative sleep

  • Improves your relationship with your body

Health is not only what you eat — it’s how safe you feel in your own skin.

Everyday Spiritual Practices for Healthy Living

Spiritual self-care does not require hours of ritual. It requires intention.

Here are gentle ways to weave it into daily life:

Morning alignment

Before reaching for your phone, place your hand on your heart. Ask: How do I want to feel today?

Breath as medicine

Three slow, conscious breaths before meals or meetings can regulate your entire system.

Nature connection

Sunlight on your face. Bare feet on the earth. Watching the sky change colors. Nature recalibrates the soul.

Digital boundaries

Protect your energy the way you protect your time. Not everything deserves access to your nervous system.

Rest as devotion

Sleep is spiritual. Rest is sacred. You are not meant to be constantly available.

Spiritual Self-Care & Food

Healthy eating becomes sustainable when it’s rooted in self-respect instead of shame.

Instead of asking, “What should I cut out?”

Try asking, “What would truly nourish me?”

When you eat slowly.

When you bless your food.

When you listen to your body’s cues.

When you stop eating when you’re satisfied.

That is spiritual self-care in action.

Movement as Prayer

Exercise doesn’t have to be punishment.

When movement becomes gratitude for what your body can do — it shifts everything. Walking, yoga, strength training, stretching — these can all be forms of embodied prayer.

You are not sculpting a body to be acceptable.

You are inhabiting a body that carries your spirit.

The Deeper Question

At its core, spiritual self-care asks one thing:

Am I living in a way that honors my energy?

Healthy living is not about perfection. It’s about integration.

It’s drinking water because you respect your body.

It’s setting boundaries because you value your peace.

It’s choosing joy because you trust your worth.

Spiritual self-care reminds you that your life is not something to optimize — it’s something to experience.

When you tend to your spirit, your habits align.

When your habits align, your health stabilizes.

When your health stabilizes, you feel free.

And that freedom — calm, grounded, alive —

is the truest definition of wellness.
