What Meditation will do for us in 2024 & what the new year has in store for us!

We are contemplating life while in Meditation.

It’s a new year but it’s the same you.

We are at a crossroads friends.

Where we look deeply within ourselves and determine where we are placing our time and our energy this year.

Meditation is a great place to start. It’s a place where we have no where to run, no place to hide but to tune inward into our mind. We get to meet ourselves again and again on that mat everyday or every week. It’s the moment where we choose ourselves. We get to choose ourselves for a moment, five moments, or thirty minutes. It’s the moment where we rip off the mask that we show the world and we embrace the person that is sitting on the mat in this present moment.

Hello again! I remember you!

I also remember what meditation has done for my life.

Do you feel that? It’s a sense of calm thats targeting your Central Nervous System to remind you that you’re safe and secure in this moment.

It reminds us to slow down and embrace the present moment which can also calm down racing thoughts, overthinking, and stress levels.

I am ready to continue promoting my emotional and mental health this year. Meditation has helped me to calm down moments of anxiety, fear, and imposter syndrome. All those lovely and wonderful things that we can tell ourselves when our basic needs are not being met.

When we meet ourselves on that mat we don’t have to be anything to anyone. We just get to be our truth.

Meditation can be everything, to anyone, all at once. Let ‘s meet ourselves on our mat and take the next step.
