For those of us in the western united states, June is a time to get outside and connect with the elements and ourselves. Summer is just around the corner and our Summer Adventure Series is packed full of activities. Although our Adventure Series is for members only, There are a few activities that are open for the public to attend. Aerial Glow Yoga (Members and Non members)
We are jumping on board for the First Thursday artwalk downtown. We will lower our lights and turn on the black lights. Wear your neon clothes and your tutus! Get ready to dance the night away in Glow Aerial fashion! And did we mention we will be supporting local artists! Check dates when registering. Please review Aerial Yoga Requirements.
Mountain Aerial Yoga (Members and non members)
July 29th at 10 am and 11:30 am
Our Mountain aerial yoga will be held at Crimson Dawn this year. We will be listening to the hummingbirds while practicing aerial under the trees! Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle. Please read aerial yoga restriction before attending. Make sure you check the time you are registering for.
