I can not believe that 10 years ago in a small orange corner of the world I built this magical space. Empowering all of you to love yourselves even more has been a highlight of my existence. The joy that I have felt over the last 10 years is indescribable and honestly brings a tear to my eye. You have all supported my dream over the years and have lifted our TheraCommunity up! You all were a part of the magic the last 10 years and I will be forever greatful to each of you.

As most of you know or have heard by now Thera is taking an all women team for the 10 year anniversary to hike Everest Base Camp in Nepal this Fall! What do you do when you hit a decade milestone? You go off on a really epic adventure of a lifetime!
Oh and did we mention our next international retreat will be in Nepal this fall!
