Guided Meditation with Keisha - 30 minutes

Our Morning Guided Meditation class focuses on the mind body soul connection while creating commitment to the dharma practice and our ability to move beyond ones presence. We meditate within the art of nothing and moving beyond the body. Building a community through practice.

12:00 p.m. IN PERSON CLASS (Members Only)

Hatha Yoga with Miranda - 60 minutes

Our Hatha Yoga class combines restorative poses with Hatha Yoga poses. This class is for every individual looking to deepen their Yoga practice. This class focuses on the spiritual practice of movement. Our Hatha Yoga classes are focused on creating a body positive environment. This is a class for all levels of Yogis!

Tuesday

5:30 pm In Person Class (1st Tuesday of the Month) (Members and Non Members)

Meditative Mandala Art with Kristin - 90 minutes

Join us for our Meditative Mandala art class. This class is for members and non members to immerse themselves into the creative expression of how we can inter weave art through the lens of meditation. We will be taken through a beginning grounding meditative practice and then presented with mandalas to create. As we move through the process we will focus on the art of slowing down and tuning in.

Wednesday

Join us for our Aerial Yoga Conditioning class. This class is for members. This class focuses on low and high intensity aerial yoga routines to focus on your physical and spiritual well being. This class emphasizes deep stretching coupled with low and high impact aerial movements. We will increase our higher vibrational movements and couple them with aerial yoga dance movements. All levels of yogis welcome. There is limited space availability in aerial classes. Please pre register ahead of time when attending classes.

Guided Spiritual Meditation with Candace - 60 minutes

Join us for our new spiritually guided meditation practice. We will be chanting, burning incense, creating space for a deeper practice, cultivating a physical space with movement, and learning more about meditation. This class is for anyone who is wanting to deepen their meditation practice and learn more about themselves. All meditators welcome.

Aerial Restorative Yoga with Miranda - 75 minutes

Join us for our Aerial Restorative Yoga class. This is a members only class. This class focuses on gentle relaxation to provide the body with deep stretching and the pull of gravity on the body. We move through gentle aerial movements and utilize the aerial silks to provide a restful whole body sanctuary. This class is wonderful for injuries, slowing down, and restful guidance. All levels of yogis welcome. There is limited space availability in aerial classes. Please pre register ahead of time when attending classes.

Saturday

10:00 am (1st Saturday of the month) IN PERSON CLASS (Open to members and non members)

Meditation and Mental Health with Candace - 60 Minutes

Join us for a guided meditation and a discussion on different mental health topics every month. We will be discussing everything from cognitive thought distortions, defense mechanisms, different stressors and triggers, and so much more. Let’s start making the conversation around mental health more accessible and open. This is an educational and deconstructive class. We will provide a Q & A discussion before sound healing. OM your own Mental Health.

11:00 am (1st Saturday of the month) IN PERSON CLASS (Open to members and non members)

Vibrational Sound Healing & Meditation with Keisha - 60 Minutes

Join us for our monthly Vibrational sound healing class to higher your vibrational energy while relaxing your mind and your body. Awaken to new a new experience and a new way of settling in and grounding down into your practice. All levels of yogis welcome. Bring your blanket, pillow, yoga mat, and zen out.

10:00 am (Every New Moon/Full Moon On Sundays) Open to members and non members

Breathwork with Jemima Online class - 75 minutes

Donation Based Class

Clarity Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful process of healing and transformation. It deeply supports the clearing away of old energies, patterns, conditioning, negative thoughts and emotions and opens the door wide for new life and greater consciousness. So set your intention for this New Moon/Full Moon and breathe into it for a new beginning of something amazing you deserve.

All participants attending in person or livestream classes are accepting the liability of participation in TheraExpressions Classes. By Registering for class each participant is agreeing to accepting liability if injured. Memberships can not be transferred to another person or credited if you are unable to attend classes and workshops.

Kundalini & Breathwork 5 week Series with Jemima

Mondays at 5pm mst, Starting October 2nd, 75 minutes

This first Kundalini Yoga series is a good introduction to the energy channels along the spine. Through a series of spine flexes, and other movements, the energy is opened in a way that makes you not only physically more open, but also mentally clearer. This simple series of exercises paves the way for more strenuous Kundalini Yoga practices.

Each lesson will include :

  • talk about the chakra and what they represent

  • an opening embodied movement session set to music just allowing our bodies to move

  • 20 minute Kundalini session

  • 20 minute breathwork session focusing on empowering each chakra that is moved in that lesson.
